Privacy Information to users

ALEXANDER Alexander ADV DOOEL Skopje , st. Filip Vtori Makedonski 19, P.IVA: 4082017520050 (hereinafter, “ALEXANDER“), owner of the website www.sun-today.com (hereinafter, the “site“), provides below the informative privacy pursuant to art. 13 of the D. LGs. 196/2003 (the “Privacy Code“), as owner of the processing of the personal data of the users registered to the site (hereinafter the “users“).

ALEXANDER takes the utmost account of the right to privacy and the protection of the personal data of its users. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, users can contact ALEXANDER at any time, using the contacts indicated in the next paragraph 5.

1. Purpose of the treatment

The personal data of the users will be processed by ALEXANDER for the following purposes of treatment:

  • Contractual obligations (art. 24, CO. 1, let. b) of the Privacy Code), or to implement the general conditions of the site, which are accepted by the user during registration; Meet specific user requests. The provision of personal data for the purposes of treatment indicated above is optional but necessary, since the failure to provide the same will result in the impossibility for the user to subscribe to the site. The personal data that is necessary for the pursuit of the processing purposes described in this paragraph 1 are indicated with an asterisk within the registration form.

In any case, the user may at any time revoke his consent, making a request to ALEXANDER in the manner indicated in the next paragraph 4. The user can also easily oppose further promotional communications (by email) by clicking on the appropriate revocation link to revoke the consent, which is present in each promotional email. Once the consent has been revoked, ALEXANDER will send the user an e-mail message to confirm that the consent has been revoked.

ALEXANDER informs that, following the exercise of the right of opposition to the sending of promotional communications via email, it is possible that, for technical and operational reasons (e.g. formation of the contact lists already completed shortly before the receipt by ALEXANDER of the opposition request) the user continues to receive some additional promotional messages. Should the user continue to receive promotional messages after 24 hours after the exercise of the right of opposition, please report the problem to ALEXANDER, using the contacts indicated in the next paragraph 4.

2. Further processing purposes: marketing (sending of advertising material, direct sale and commercial communication)

With the user’s free and optional consent, some personal data of the user (name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth, zip code, gender, telephone) may be processed by ALEXANDER also for marketing purposes (direct sale, sending of advertising material and commercial communication), that is to say that ALEXANDER can contact the user via telephone (fixed and/or mobile, with automated call or communication systems with and/or without the intervention of an operator) and/or SMS and/or MMS and/or Mail and/or e-mail to propose to the user the purchase of products and/or services offered by the same ALEXANDER and/or third party companies, submit offers, promotions and business opportunities.

The consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose of treatment is free and optional, and in case of non-consent the possibility of registering the site will not be in any way affected. Even in the case of consent, the user may at any time revoke the same, making a request to ALEXANDER with the modalities indicated in the next paragraph 5. 3. Treatment modalities

The processing of personal data of users will be carried out by means of manual and computer tools, with logics strictly related to the same purpose and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and the confidentiality of the data.

4. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

You may become aware of the personal data of the users the employees and/or collaborators of ALEXANDER in charge of managing the personal data. Such entities, which are formally appointed by ALEXANDER as “persons in charge of processing”, will process the user’s data solely for the purposes indicated in this statement and in compliance with the privacy code.

You may also be aware of your personal data by third parties who may process personal data on behalf of ALEXANDER as “external processors”, such as, but not limited to, providers of computer and logistic services functional to the operation of the site, providers of outsourcing services or cloud computing, professionals and consultants, companies responsible for sending promotional emails on behalf of ALEXANDER. Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by ALEXANDER, making a request to ALEXANDER with the modalities indicated in the next paragraph 5.

5. Rights of the parties concerned

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy code, ALEXANDER informs that users have the right to obtain the indication (s) of the origin of the personal data; (ii) The purposes and modalities of the treatment; (iii) The logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (iv) The identity of the owner and the persons responsible; (v) The subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become acquainted with them as managers or persons in charge. Interested parties also have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (c) The attestation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been brought to the also with regard to their content, those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. Users have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) The processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
